Running the fourth time in 2007, this highly acclaimed pavilion has seen ever higher exhibitor numbers and larger international presence.

Equipment & Post-production Services Pavilion

Inaugurated in 2006, the pavilion aims to be the one-stop shop for producers searching for post-production partners and shooting equipment.
  • 15 participating companies in 2006, including Germany・s ARRI, Chinese mainland Cinelabs (Beijing) Ltd, Belgium・s Flying-Cam Limited, Australia・s Soundfirm Pty Ltd., Thailand・s Technicolor Ltd. and Hong Kong・s Salon Film, showcased their state-of the-art products;
  • Major exhibits: Film equipment, broadcast equipment, lighting equipment, cinema facilities, post-production services, etc.

TV World

Co-organised with the Hong Kong Televisioners Association (HKTVA), this brand new pavilion is set to open in 2007 to feature the rapidly expanding TV market worldwide with the advent of advanced technology and blooming new media.

  • A variety of special programmes will be conducted to help you explore emerging business opportunities in the TV industry;
  • The HKTVA will set up an Information Centre to provide meeting places, office support and other facilitation services;

Locations World

Locations World is another brand new pavilion to be introduced in FILMART 2007. Co-organised with the Film Services Office, Television and Entertainment Licensing Authority of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (FSO), Locations World will help producers find the ideal shooting locations!

  • The pavilion acts as a perfect information centre for location scouting and location services;
  • You can meet international film commissioners face-to-face and get first hand information about tax incentives and government support on film shooting;
